William Ballas, Sales and Business Development Manager at The American Road Machinery Company (A.R.M.) in Canton, OH, has recently been voted onto the Generation Next Board of Governors for the National Truck Equipment Association (NTEA).

NTEA is the national association representing companies that manufacture, distribute, install, sell and repair commercial trucks, truck bodies, truck equipment, trailers and accessories. Generation Next is a group within NTEA which provides ongoing professional development opportunities to its members – employees of NTEA companies who have less than 10 years of work truck industry experience. Ballas is one of four newly elected board members.

“I am humbled by the opportunity to contribute a fresh perspective into the work truck industry along with giving back to an industry that has presented so many opportunities for me in my career,” he says. “I am grateful for the support A.R.M. continues to provide me and I look forward to representing a locally owned and Northeast Ohio-proud company on the national platform.” His sales position with A.R.M. spans six years and he is looking forward to a record-breaking 2017 year with the company.

Generation Next will welcome new governing members at The Work Truck Show® 2017, taking place in Indianapolis, IN from March 14-17. The show boasts more than 500 exhibiting companies, with truck and equipment displays exceeding 500,000 square feet. Pro Football Hall of Famers Terry Bradshaw and Howie Long, no strangers to Northeast Ohio, are the keynote speakers for the conference.
